Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when applicable.
To start a return, contact us at barkleyfelix@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return depending on the product type, condition, or hygiene/safety requirements. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
